Shipping policy
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
- All orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Sale periods may impact this time due to high volumes.
- Orders are shipped with Australia Post and can be delivered anywhere within Australia
- Standard shipping times in Australia are 2-7 business days.
- Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent to you which will provide a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.
- Delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, joni may not be able to offer reimbursement for this package.
- Orders less than $100 will have a shipping fee of $14.95
- Orders between $100 - $250 will have a shipping fee of $19.95
- Orders more than $250 will have a shipping fee of $24.95
- Heavier items may incur a shipping fee of $24.95
- Express Post available by request, and will incur a higher shipping fee
